John Kirkham is a highly qualified Management Accountant with over 35 years in senior financial management roles during which time he has held senior positions in several large corporations including overseas experience.
Through his own company, Procor Australia Pty Ltd (established in 2002) he now specialises in Turnaround Management and has been instrumental in rescuing several under-performing and distressed businesses.
He prides himself in at working with shareholders and directors to identify the cause of the problem, finding the best solution and action necessary to improve your business. Most companies face financial distress at some time. Those challenges range from simply underperforming or “insolvency”. At the same time ensuring that the directors themselves are protected.
